Beijing Guanhua Yingcai International Economic technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999 with a registered capital of 110 million yuan. It is one of the earliest professional human resource service organizations in Beijing. Now Guanhua Yingcai has more than 2,700 domestic and foreign clients and serves more than 160,000 talents from the whole industries.

Guanhua Yingcai is the vice President unit of Beijing Human Resources Service Industry Association, the vice President unit of Beijing International Economic and Technological Cooperation Association, and the director unit of China Chamber of Foreign Contractors, With many years of service in the transport, sanitation, the Internet, construction, property management, education ,culture, energy, electricity, logistics and other fields .
